JH has already done that. He solicited money from shareholders to keep the lights on with the promise of millions of shares in return. Yeah those guys are still waiting on that. Imagine a CEO from a "real" company, asking his shareholders for CASH to pay the bills. See any red flags there???

So lets talk about those filings. He said soon right, no surprise there since every single time the company filed, it was late. sometimes sooooo late the the FEC shut down trading of shares for the company. No red flags there. I wonder what they will say? After 5 years of late or missing filings, the company still has subs in the teens and more debt then income. But hey Soleil got new shoes so thats cool.

at least we are at a steady .0007 no red flags there
