Mexico City. The private initiative is already working together with the public administration to present a third package of infrastructure works that boost the country's economic growth, assured Francisco Cervantes Días, president of the Business Coordinating Council (CCE).
He referred that the delay in the projects of the two previous packages that have been presented in the current administration is due to the impact left by the pandemic, but now they are only waiting for the government to formally announce the works in which the businessmen they will invest their resources.
“We are working hard, many works of the third package are already being formed, so we are just waiting for the announcement, there are things from the first and second packages that have been stuck and that is why we have not announced the other one yet,” he said at the end of his participation in a conservatory on security.
He referred that the stagnation in some works is due “to the pandemic, it is going through and very few projects have been unleashed, others have already been completed and are progressing well, but a new analysis is required for the president to make the announcement.”
