$$NOVC$$ What's going on here? I'm trying to add 500,000 shares of NOVC because of info I have learned during a conference call with fellow investors. They won't let me Buy on E-Trade where are you all getting in!
Info I have heard is an OPINION and OPINION among Friends only!

This is not in any way to be a promotion of this company! Just need to know who is allowing the purchase of stock! .0020. we believe by Mid October news and expectations will drive this stock to a dime or more.
