We get to own 43% of the new company? YAY!!

We get diluted and reverse split into oblivion and then own 43% of the resulting entity? YAY!!!!!!!

How is this good news again?

Valuations and such are pending of course. Still some money to be made im sure, but I don't think this is good news for the majority of retail investors. If you bought less than a buck and your post R/S pps is greater than your cost basis by $100 well then you made money right?

Big time shareholders that are probably already wealthy will probably do pretty well. Whats new? Shrug.
