But first, it appears that there were some tweets yesterday regarding NSAV's stake in cryptocurrency trading broker, Virtua Broker Ltd. virtuabroker.com . Now for an update on NSAV's proposed purchase of a Centralized Cryptocurrency Exchange (CEX). Yesterday, we had a one hour conference call with the CEX management, SRAX and our investment banker, MD Global Partners. All of the terms of the acquisition of the CEX by NSAV have been agreed to by both parties and we expect the formal term sheet to be signed today.
