Yes it is. Dumping is what one does with something that is of little value. The contract was delivering revenues, that is value. Terminating a contract is what was done. When talking about business, poor characterizations of reality are misleading because the inference is BS.

That was the plan. It was moved up. The old saying about strategy is that it never survives first contact with the enemy. The key quality of a capable CEO is adapting to the environment.

I tire of the failure to recognize how business operates, particularly when something actually shows that Elite, with Nasrat as CEO, is actually doing what they need to create success. And speaking of understanding business, what might be said about the delta between Elite acknowledging that the contract with LCI would end and the announcement of Kirkov? 12 days...August 23rd LCI, September 5th Kirkov. Even with the likelihood that Elite had been told via a phone call prior to that - thus, informally - Kirkov's hiring was in the works, it was planned! Obviously!
