it's important to note what "in the pipeline" means for these agents. they are all currently in the process of being cleared. for some of them this phase may be completed in mere weeks, and we have no idea how long they've been in the pipeline so far. some may have been aboard since october. so there is the possibility that the feds could contact IVAY at any time and say "you've got X number more of these agents approved and ready to go."

i think it's possible each agent could be worth .02-.03 on a pps basis if margins are favorable. it's pretty clear why this one contract is so valuable, too, but let's not forget the other initiatives. acquisition news of another detective agency would contribute nicely to the bottom line, as well.
