ROP judge have 90 days from the hearing or last motion filed to make a ruling. And.....then......under a certain code....I forgot what the situation would be, the judge can tack on another 30 days.....so max is 120 days....anything after that it does not reflect good on the judge. The case goes on a list and the chief judge can see it. After 6 months....it can be ruled something like a cold case AND....this is the scary part....the defendent can motion for a dismissal for lack of prosecution...but it rarely gets to that and I am sure our attorneys would object....its seems most late cases are ruled on by 12 months.. .

There are ways to force a judge to rule...but lets not get into that....our attorneys are on top of everything....

There are also covid delays for the past 2 years...but biden said the pandemic is over.........lol...go figure.
