Quality Industrial Corp (QIND)

I think many ILUS investors are also in QIND. I certainly am in both. The Quality international acquisition by QIND will be huge for both QIND and ILUS.

ILUS has been good about meeting their tweeted timelines this year. (I went back and checked every one). They said they would finish the acquisition this month and I expect them to. Closing this week means that ILUS gets to record the Quality International revenues from Q3 on the ILUS Q3 revenue statement so they will be highly motivated to complete it.
