Just a quick thought. If they grandfathered in all projects approved, and we were already funded and ready to go last year for the MEGA project, wouldn't it be a logical assumption that IAHL have been grandfathered also?

The official reason for the delays last year, was to close on a couple of land deals. Then, sometime this spring, the unofficial scuttlebutt was that we had to wait on a new president. All the while, said scuttlebutt was never supported or confirmed by the company. However, now there seems to be some light on past projects being grandfathered. You mention Ecopetrol and 8 to 10 other energy projects still on.

With your knowledge of all these grandfather approvals, do you still believe that we have to wait in line to shake the hand and kiss the ring of the new president for approval of our MEGA project?
