I am all for holding DryWorld accountable for what they can control and what has or has not been done since the merger but continually making statements that have been proven inaccurate seems especially egregious.
If federal agencies deem company press releases as a valid form of communication then I don’t see a problem with it. Therefore calling it a bait and switch is is laughable and those claims are contradictory to federal policy for OTC companies.
