When was the last time Elite was able to hit one of their goals?

Try checking out their revenue growth and profitability. Try reviewing their profitability ratios.

As for SOX...2016...next...

Billions in revenue? I do not remember Nasrat saying that. Was it inferred? I think not.

CFO departures - Ward has been at Elite before Nasrat. When he left they made a bad hire, until they found Chen. Hardly a rotating door, in fact, evidence of not willing to settle on key talent and part of the real world of business that is detached from that of shareholders.

And speaking of hardly a rotating door, when partnerships become untenable, the mark of a good CEO is they shepherd the company out of one and into another. That is happening.
