Chico: Great news! No SPAC for SHCMF but got one for NIOBF!

I think we have to assume they have confirmation and positive results for the REE extraction, or at least phase 2 of the extraction. I think that he will hold on to the results to release at the October conference. It looks like they have about 1/3 to 1/2 of the amount needed to get the mine going, so they probably have a commitment to raise more at a later time. I wonder how much the Vital Metals announcement affected the timing of this package!

Sold my Lightwave Logic and some SHCMF and moved proceeds into additional NioCorp shares. Lets hope we don't get clobbered with dilution!
