I actually made a little on this after giving a bundle back before bailing about a year ago. It was at that point that I took a deep dive into why there was so much dilution. They dumped nearly a billion shares in Q3 and Q4 2021 dropping the price to .001.

You don't lose until you have sold is of course false. At some point you go into capital preservation mode and take those funds elsewhere. Holding while it continues to spiral leads to opportunity costs. There are a lot of beaten down decent plays out there where the company doesn't lie in their press releases, aren't covered up in debt, bad share structure to narrative and unable to convert shares, and have debt in default.

The lies and deceptions here are not easy to root out. The company has created a narrative to support growth claims that are not true. They promote bed counts in terms of what they intend to do instead of what they have. Exapmple is that they had over 150 beds in the previously closed iteration of ARIA. They like to "project" quarterly earnings using a EBITDA number that doesn't support profitability claims. All promotional "forecasting" therefore is covered by the "Notice Regarding Forward-Looking Statements" which states that the projected information in the press release is not to be relied upon.

If you look at the company history in the filings you will see mention of the history of treatment centers. You will not find that they closed them after experiencing heavy losses all financed with toxic debt.

Everything that I post is just my informed opinion and is simply an invitation to debate. Trade on your own due diligence please..
