Yes. You should use this time to evaluate the strength of the legal claims for the class of shares you own

Based on your estimates and valuations, you do not understand what you are doing. If you have any more than $100k in this and only own commons you should peel off $500-1000 and pay a lawyer to explain to you what you might expect from these lawsuits
