Like the hedge managers or not, we have to ride THEIR bus. None of us can afford to fund a legal challenge and even if we were to attempt such a challenge, only few of the small shareholders would participate in that funding; thus leaving a small number holding a large bill. I don't particularly like the ride of this bus but it's the only means of transportation we have to arrive at a possibly good destination.
