TCCA payment is more than 2% commitment fee on 120B

2% of $120B draw by FNMA = $2.4B which government is claiming that they are not charging.

But Government has charged $3.07B in 2021, $2.67B in 2020 and $2.43B in 2019 as TCCA fee.

Therefore, GSE paid more than 2% of commitment fee as TCCA since 2009.

Jury will be surprise to know that GSE is paying part of payroll tax of whole America.
