"I think for years all he did was put out forward looking statement and put them out in such a way it made it out like things were moving in the right direction. He talked about adding jobs, being well position to dominate markets and he was looking at a new place like things were going so well they need some place bigger ?? Can't afford 10K now ?"
It's not just the 10k. They would likely also have to pay an accountant to work up the required financials...mo money. Besides, if it was trading who would buy it? Only thing that would happen IMO is that the majority of share holders would sell their shares to take the loss...Pipes however are screwed. There's nothing other than the flat packs and those sales are probably just enough to keep the lights on. Take a look at the US Patent website, who owns the N-Assay and RVA patents, the CEO and Farro's or NNLX? Anyway, IMO this company is toast. The PCR industry will not let RVA get to market. Perhaps someone could contact Warren Buffett, Bill and the former Mrs. Gates, or some other philanthropist to see if they would be interested. It's a shame because these products can save lives.
