I’d prefer them to just start buying and filing the appropriate disclosures, rather than PR’ing the intent to do so. There’s no requirement to PR a premeditated share buyback.

This smells a bit like what they did on the OTC, which aside from that one buy that was posted via email on here, I’m doubtful ever actually occurred.
