.MAC renewal rate...

Let's not forget the automatic renewal feature. I believe you have to actually uncheck the box in your account or it just keeps coming. Remember the sales gimmick where they would send you the first volumn free and then you would have to sign and mail a form to keep the other volumnes and bills from coming. State AGs don't like that.
