No I understand the "I AM.NOT A SCAMMER." thing, but as traders we should know NO shares can come off restriction with out their transfer agent knowing about it.

One of the beauties of ATMH is her transfer agent is not gagged and just let us know yesterday she still only has 2.9 million shares unrestricted. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ATMH/security

Almost her whole O/S is still restricted and their only R/S was in 2020 over 2yrs ago. Pretty good track record of protecting their float for any OTC ticker. No?

The no proof scam theory is a total sham!!
