Lets just say this that in some alternative universe, Calasse wound up keeping his shares, do you really think he would shoot himself in the foot by attempting to block lucrative scenarios/deals that Sharp has put together?

Calasse's whole case is about retaining erroneous shares of GOFF/WNFT acquired via extremely dubious means. Calasse has been shot down twice in a court of law... He will be again in my opinion.

In short, the appellant court has to find that there was an an error in law regarding the previous courts decision ... Its just not going to happen.
