Wyoming statute is invalid, due to the fact that the one you cite is only valid if the issuer has 1 class of stock outstanding, DSCR had 3 ---- nice try.

Where DSCR also fouled was no Nevada shareholder notice or vote on the reincorporation to Wyoming.

Look up the NRS and read that you have no safe harbor. Suggestion next time make sure the attorneys you use are actually licensed in the state you are incorporated in.
