Only drawback was the low volume though Richard Ney believes that up moves on low volume are often significant. Specialists, he believes often move a stock up to accomodate a big order at a higher price. I suspect there will be a nice move soon as the plant nears operational status toward months end. The liklihood of positive cash flow nearing reality should stir some smart new buyers. Maybe one of the TA men here can point out the next resitance level above 4 cents.
