Yes got that new ship for around $22,000,000 cash and my worry was to miss the ship's call. It went down instead so I went to get some.

Perhaps the distraction was for the investors to go play TOPS instead with the RS and low valuation. The only problem with the OP competitor is that they will dilute and probably have the same market cap and share price around .25 in a year or little past before the next ongoing RS. It is habitual with them.

With OP you get under valuation and imo the dividend will increase over time also. The last was .01 per share so we will see.
