Did you happen to notice the 600,000,000+ shares the CEO issued to himself, according to the A1. Those weren’t part of the audited financials and I never saw any filings, until today, stating he’d done that. He’s also paying himself $300,000 a year for running a company that makes zero, even though they’ve been in business supposedly for 3+ years. I thought maybe they hadn’t moved the assets into the company yet, but ohh no, according to today’s filing there are no assets and a shit load of shares have been issued. Grab you ankles.
