All Things Mobile Analytic, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”, “ATMH”), is filing this Amended Supplemental Information and Disclosure Statement to notify shareholders that the Company is no longer a “shell company” as defined by Rule 405 of the Securities Act of 1933 (“Rule 405”). Rule 405 defines a “shell company” as an issuer that has: (1) no or nominal operations; and (2) either: (i) no or nominal assets; (ii) assets consisting solely of cash and cash equivalents; or (iii) assets consisting of any amount of cash and cash equivalents and nominal other assets. As of the quarterly report for the period ended April 30, 2022, the Company showed no revenues and minimal operating expenses, mostly attributed to general and administrative costs.
