WAIT A MINUTE !!!...
Genesis just made a deal to get back 500 million shares in return for issuing Preferred Shares with terms that will screw over Common Shareholders, so that Genesis can use the shares to leverage toxic short term financing which will also screw over Shareholders.. Wow! That sounds great.
