$.05 is a stretch. Maybe a few years down the road depending on any developments. I would not be surprised to see trips at all. Or a reverse split after the spinoff is complete for that matter. There still will be value however and depending on events it could be very worthwhile.

Regardless, getting a dividend in Helios and still keeping RSHN shares is truly a benefit.
