We’ve heard so much about toxic lenders as if that’s something both Davis & Listermann didn’t know know about before they made the loans. If they want to take them down with BLF, go for it, but it’ll be difficult for anyone to believe they didn’t understand the terms after doing these loans for years. In fact, I believe one of the loans was to fund Paranotek and its officers?

WHO IS "we"? IMO, everyone should think on their own.

MY thoughts are... no "clearing up" of the lawsuit....

Tiny Mickey uses it as a "look over here" issue or "follow the bouncing ball'... whatever anyone wants to call it.

Don't forget for MONTHS it was stated that Mick Davis was going to "take down" those EVIL Toxic lenders (the ones he goes to for money)....

ODDLY... it was stated but FACTS weren't ever pointed out.

The lawsuit against Dillon (evil toxic lender) wasn't filed until MAY 10th (weird since it was talked about from the first of the year)....
Stranger still... the lawsuit was VOLUNTARILY dismissed by the Basile law firm in 6 (Six) days... in other words.. ONE WEEK after filing it was voluntarily dismissed. The best part was that Basile had made MANY mistakes in that one week.

May 16 shows as the dismissal date . May 17 is when the court granted the dismissal. Total of SEVEN days from the date of filing that it was dismissed. LMFAO
