No doubt, sometimes you just try to make sense of OTC markets the entity itself and its enforcement of these new rules, just funny how regardless it still seems very wild west even with the new reporting standards in place.

The rules themselves were somewhat vague as to the actual timeline of being downgraded to expert market and seeing it in practice it is even more vague as to when someone reaches the point of downgrade. Perhaps that was all by design as is the case with a lot of things with the OTC
