NO, never said he disappeared. Said that Tiny Mickey didn't answer the discovery questions which happen in ALL lawsuits of this type. NOTHING complicated.

If Tiny Mickey didn't know that then maybe he should've NOT filed his "cross complaint".... maybe it was just too too hard for him and his attorney..

Like the financials are too too hard for him and his "accountants" which is obvious since the financials haven't been filed in year (or has it been more, who cares)

WHAT competent CEO would let a company go to EM? Actually he doesn't even have to be competent. Hell I watch another long time scammer and he always gets his fake financials filed.

Maybe Tiny Mickey should go to him for guidance. HA!

Oh yea and in this lawsuit, Tiny Mickey asked for a "default" against some of the other guys... OOPS... DENIED.
