I think I have answered that question many times here ...............

So I'll answer with a question, Why would NasRat want Elite's share price to rise while he is soaking up shares from the "EXTRA" Authorized shares that he created ??????????????? If Elite's share price is 7 cent per share, he get 50% less shares from the pool of EXTRA Authorized shares he created ....................

Remember 90%, because that number will come back to bite us in the future,
