As a company, Quantum Rare Earth, now Niocorp, has made a lot of progress. It is worse than pathetic that the same issues about China and REE and the government's response that are the subject of this article are still being discussed in much the same way today. Really quite sad. The problems then are still problems today only worse.
It is nice that the government is finally doing something, but it sure is frustrating that years of inaction with essentially no accountability dragged on and on and on. It is a failure of responsible leadership on the part of elected officials in my humble opinion.
