The usual low volume buy down paint to provide bad optics and boat anchor the price. Been going on for over a year nothing new. Just MM's and complicit retail player I think and has been effective. $BLPG will turn on a dime when the time is right. We saw what happened recently on a small volume increase went up 300 % in a flash.
