Runs with a relative low floater such as this are all about traders holding onto their shares versus selling into those runs.

Further, keep in mind that although there may have been some dilution since the run in 2019, there are also a massively reduced number of tickers in the space to absorb investor coin versus back then (vis-à-vis the regulations that initiated in 2021 that all but decimated the pink sector).
