But by golly that's never stopped him from pumping out 100's of non-stop carrot dangling tweets about how supposedly wonderful GT is for WNBD s/h's lol...

It surprises the hell out of me that he would put that tweet up and admit that he has not been truthful about the GestureTek acquisition. He should've said a long time ago there was a minor formality that had to be taken care of but it was no big deal. All this does is further erode what little credibility Eric has left. He has been less than honest about the GestureTek acquisition being done and now he comes out in a tweet saying it is not done?
