It's funny how every grifter/thief/con-artist wants to altruistically "control" lithium now under the laughable pretext of stopping terrorists from building an atomic bomb. Argentinian lithium miners (eg Livent, Ganfeng, LAC) must be sheeting their pants this afternoon seeing all their hard work (and seed money) about to get stolen from them by the Peronist leftists in Argentina.
