It is how I understood it to be.

Fannie, Freddie, FHFA are the defendants in Lamberth

So if we (shareholders) win then money comes from our own bank account (retained earnings).

Unless FHFA has their own savings account.
But treasury isn't a defendant.

So maybe someone can confirm my statement.

I hope I am wrong, but sadly I don't think so.
