That's not entirely accurate, DC was merely_removed as_a_precaution only because the investigation of other stocks being attacked by a Canadian PnD group is ongoing and the prudency to continue was merely an act in the best interest of shareholders in the meantime, till that investigation is completed. Nothing more nothing less, believe me I know - we communicated at length with The custodian about this!

It was the reason Chong had to be removed as an ICNM officer in order for the Eastwin8 deal to proceed.
