APSI - Best “Ratio” ever? ….

All I know is this is the best “ratio” I have ever seen in the OTC for “highest revenue” to the “lowest Float and share count” ratio I have ever seen or heard about - ever in the OTC.

If someone knows a better ratio in the past, please let me know. I like to study these types of things on mergers.

Make sure it had a very low float and overall share count.
