With all of the various lawsuits coming to fruition around the same time and not hearing anything from the Ropp case as yet. There’s a part of me that wonders if there is behind the door settlement talks going on. The jury trial in the Lamberth case I believe adds a little urgency to the Government to maybe get ahead of all of this and cut a deal. Release without dilution is what I’m hoping for. GLTA!
