Seems you can rarely guess these things. This was trading 7 or 8 times higher on pure speculation a little over a year ago. A majority of the speculation has turned into provable fact and people seem nervous now. Also there is probably an announcement in the works. Go figure. Maybe the general economy and outlook has people extremely cautious . $BLPG
