JediMozart, The approval process for the bio Pharma industry is long and painful even for organizations which have deep pockets. Little guys like QNTA, it's practically impossible! The guys have long run out of money and the ability for survival on their own. They have to sell out in order to exist. The questions is, due they have the ability to find somebody with deep pockets. The game is over for Arthur and team. Does he have the intelligence to understand this concept.
