Sure! Because it was the first day of trading and shares do not have to be delivered until settlement date, which is 2 trading days after the trade date. The number was high because a lot of houses were still slotting the shares in holders' accounts. There was also significant volume what with how many folks wanted to cash out and bail on APE, combined with all of the APES who were out trying to buy APE shares, so there was volatility that triggered the halts. can you explain in plain English why ape had 43 million failed to deliver on its first day of trading
