HPNN forced bankruptcy likely.
And the CEO will not let investors know he has filed for it, because he controls all voting shares.

HPNN can no longer pay employees or ANY of its obligations.

HPNN also owes one person $9 million, and has falsely omitted this liability in its false financial disclosures it files on OTC Markets.
Court records have now confirmed this HPNN liability.
