Dumping is for flippers and I confess; I do not flip then regroup and create the flipping opportunity.

I still think the CEO strapped shareholders with dilution to buy back her ownership from STQS; all in cash, take no shares. True, maybe, no way?

Another thing is for sure. There doesn't seem to be an overwhelming desire on to buy more shares in a way that matches the confidence expressed on the board. Understand the confidence is only to get others to buy.
