Use to be a time when news like ITOX had, moved the stock 100-200% plus. Two things moving against this stock, the current market and way too much dilution. Just my opinion.

Frankly, I don't see anything happen on the OTC of any significance, until the FED is done ruining the economy. Once they accomplish that, risk on stocks may have a chance again. Just my opinion.
