Thanks for the info. Enhertu is not a fully approved product, it only has AA and they have to run a P3 trial to confirm their results. What happens if that trial fails? Then you would not have an approved product for NSCLC HER2 exon20mu. Pozi beats the standard of care that we see in Table 1. I just don't see them not giving pozi AA to have another tool in the tool box and let them continue to run the confirmatory trial but maybe the fix is in.
