MR sparks, when a company dumps, or dilutes, they make a deal with the mms to sell at a certain price. The mms buy at that price and then they short. Pretty easy game to play when, the public is turned off to buying when a comany dumps. I can tell buy that chart your looking at that this is going on right before our eys.. Its not chart really, its just penny stocks lol.. Have a good one..
